Don Neal at 1905 hours.<li>Sixteen members were present.<li>The Treasurers report was passed around and approved.<li>Membership report stated 133 paid members.<li>There were no safety issues.<li>Under the Field report the use of landscape material to make a smooth runway was discussed at length.<li>A motion was made and seconded to obtain said material. However, there was a motion to table the motion until a special committee could investigate the issue. Motion to table was seconded and passed.<li>For the Fly-in volunteers were called for and Mickey Murphey will take care of the gate and will recruit helpers.
