The meeting was called to order by President Don Neal at 1900 hrs.
A quorum was present.
New members Will Collier and  K. Nicholas were introduced.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as distributed.
The Treasurers report was given and approved. 
Membership chairman revealed that there 120 paid members.
Don Baisden , field manager, reported that the gate had been left open two Tuesdays in a row: and the lock combination had not been             scrambled.
Safety committee had no reported problems.
There was a short discussion about the Hospice Fly-in.
    Hospice volunteers will take care of the food and we will manage the gate and the flying.
Under new business,
Don Baisden moved that outgoing officers be given a $50.00 gift card in appreciation of their work. The motion was duly seconded and passed.  
THE CLUB STILL NEEDS A SECRETARY!  
Myron Adams has volunteered to be the web site manager. (Thank you, Myron) .
The members only fun-fly on 3/13/10 was discussed.
    Harry is in charge of the food.
    Lee is in charge of the events. 
The club has a complaint about overflys to the North of the field. The neighbor was very upset and could easily produce us some trouble.
A motion was made to absolutely limit flying to the fence boundaries, seconded and passed.
A motion to send flowers to Dick Pierce's funeral was made and passed.
The meeting adjorned at 2000hrs.
