Call to order: 7:00 P.M. - 19 members were present.

Sec. Report: The October 2008 minutes were approved as written.

Treas. Report: Tom Craig - The treasurers report was given. The club is in good financial health.

Membership Report: Ralph Savino - There are currently 153 paid memberships. Our target was 150 in order to insure adequate operating funds.

Field Safety: Dave Woodward/Pratt Carter - Pratt mentioned that we need to continue paying attention to our flying. Please stay within our flying boundaries. This is still a problem. Do not fly over the restricted areas.

Field Report: Don Baisden - The gate is still being left open after flying. Please make sure it is closed and secured with the lock. Also, be sure you spin the tumblers on the combo lock.

New Business: Jack Hostetler - There will be an election of club officers at the next meeting in December. The current Secretary and Treasurer have agreed to serve a third term if the club desires. The President and Vice President positions will need to be filled with new officers for 2009. At this time the only candidates are: Donald Neal for President and Jim Soltysiak for V.P. However, nominations will be open until and during the next meeting preceding the vote.

The club approved the purchase of a laminating machine to take care of event tags and possibly membership cards. Tom Craig will purchase the unit. The annual Swap Meet is December 6^th and all necessary help has been gathered. So far 18 tables have been sold.
