Membership report

Present membership is 146 , we signed up two new members since last month. which brings the
total up to 20 for the year so far. Club shirts will no longer be given out to new members. The
subject of flight instructors was brought up and it became apparent that we had none, and Ralph
Savino suggested that we offer a $20 credit on dues for every trained pilot an instructor turns in,
and after a brief discussion the idea was put on hold till next meeting. Also in Jan. Pres. Craig will
be leaving to work in the middle east for one year so the club will be needing a new president.

Old Business

Special thanks to Tom Jones for volunteering to repair the two mowers One had a flat tire and
the other needed new belts The cement pads for the cook shack and the North South runway
will cost $7,500 including $700 for permits and surveys Ralph Savino is meeting with the
Director of Land fill Operations Gary Debo to try to get the projects moving. Ralph says Gary
is very pleased with the way our club is conducting ourselves at the field. Ralph is also in the
process of trying to get the club some grant money due to the fact that county residents are
enjoying the use of our club. Club license plates , shirts and hats are available from Ralph.
