Treas. Report: Tom Craig was not present but provided the Treasurer report in advance which was passed around for everyones inspection.

Field Report: Don BaisdenThe canopy on the North South runway was split and needs replaced. Consideration for a new building there may determine whether to replace it or not.

Mischief was created by someone driving over runway and pit area although no major damage occured. It is not known who did it.

N/S runway area is still wet and caution needed when in the area. Runway remains closed.

Field Safety: Pratt Carter - A new shed for the N/S runway was investigated. It can be purchased with an awning. Costs of the building were discussed and a decision to consider purchase was postponed until we build the funds back up in the treasury.

Old Business: Regarding electricity at the field, the survey has been completed. Gary Debo says that work is to be completed in the area outside the fence and electricity must wait for that to be completed.

Tana Balls were installed. A flag pole and flag were purchased and installed. The roof repair has been scheduled for next week by Orlando Steel.

New Business: We have a renewal on our lease for another year for $1. It was noted other clubs pay as much as $300 a month for their premises.

The nominating committee consisting of Pratt Carter and Don Baisden can be contacted if you are interested in seeking a position for next year.

Tom Craig had expressed an interest in purchasing a lawn sweeper for the mower. A motion was made and approved to expend up to $400 for it. Tom had indicated he would volunteer to do the sweeping.

A motion was made and approved to expend up to $20 to purchase some paver blocks for the area around the outhouse.

Jack Hostetler will not be available for the swap meet so we need a volunteer to be on hand for the event and organize things. The ad still has not appeared in the AMA magazine even though we paid for it May.

We need to distribute flyers to places like Graves, Noels, and other clubs. Don Neal has taken the responsibility to see it gets done.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 after the 50/50 raffle drawing which was won by Pratt Carter..
